January 23, 2017 - According to Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook is going to start showing "Business Pages" (like mine) to even fewer people in your newsfeed. It is apparent the reason is to get business pages to pay for the exposure but it is too expensive for me to pay for every post, every day to show you what is happening with Standing on the Promises Photography.
So, if you'd like to see posts instead of less, here's what you can do. (This works with any Facebook "Page" you'd like to follow.)
1. Go to the https://www.facebook.com/StandingPromisesSherriHerring/
2. Mouse over the Following tab and a dropdown will appear.
3. Select the See First option under In Your News Feed.
4. Then under Notifications select On (Posts, Events, Suggested Live Videos) (see below).
Ezekiel Academy seniors had their senior class photos this past weekend. They all have wonderful personalities. Congratulations Senior Class of 2018!
Ezekiel Academy had their homecoming game at Huntington College in Montgomery, Alabama. They played against Tuscaloosa Christian Academy. At the beginning of second quarter, the score was 40 to 8 Ezekiel. Ezekiel won their homecoming game 62 to 16. Congratulations to both teams for a game well played. Photos below are of the 2018 graduating seniors with their appearance during halftime.
Grace is an awesome member of the Class of 2017! Senior year is such a fun time and it was great to capture these memories. We had an awesome time and, of course, ended up with a bunch of awesome photos to mark her senior year. I had the best time with Grace at her Senior Session. She was such a natural in front of the camera and super sweet! I wish her all the best as her senior year comes to a close. So many exciting experiences ahead!
Ravyn is, as you can see, a gorgeous young lady, but more than her outer beauty this young lady is a beautiful person on the inside. She was so much fun to work with during her session. I know that these images mean so much to her, and the rest of her family. I am blessed to do what I do. I really do love my job! Please enjoy this sampling of some of my favorites from Ravyn’s senior portrait session.
I had a wonderful senior photo session with Michael. He has such a great personality. Congratulations Michael on your graduation.
Hanna is a kind hearted young lady. She will be graduating in a few weeks. Then she off to start her college career.
Hanna is one of my amazing senior rep. this year. She is a dream to photograph and a joy to be around. Hanna is a 2016 senior. She is a kind and caring young lady. I met Hanna through her grandmother about 12 years ago when Hanna was in kindergarten. When Hanna's mother called me about senior photos, I could not believe Hanna was graduating in 2016. I remember this beautiful, curly headed, brown eyed little kindergartener. Anyway, Hanna grew up and is graduating twelfth grade May 2016. Hanna is also my senior rep for Standing on the Promises Photography. If you know Miss Hanna, contact her about saving 10% off of your senior session!
I had the opportunity to photograph a young lady that I watched grow up over the years. Her mother and I met when we were in college together. Now her daughter is graduating high school and will be going to the same college we graduated. This post is making me feel old. Anyway, congratulation Katie Rendleman!
